How does the PDF generator work?

After adding a template in the PDF Generator app, you can configure your PIM to be periodically checked for product changes or missing PDFs. When the generator detects products without a PDF or with an outdated version, they are automatically updated. This ensures you always have up-to-date documents for your product range.

Optimal integration of your data

We continuously strive for the best user experience. To make it as easy as possible, we use a dictionary that you can populate with the necessary translations of phrases and words used in your template. Moreover, we import all available labels from Akeneo attributes and options and keep them up-to-date. This way, all available information from your PIM is instantly accessible.
